Slouchy, warm and lacey. So pretty when done that it won’t need any blocking. Just wear it. It’s immediate gratification.
This hat would look lovely in a solid color yarn too.
Pattern: This pattern works up quickly and easily with worsted yarn.
There are both written instructions and chart to suit your preference.
Repeats are easily remembered but with enough variety to keep you challenged.
Finished Size: One size fits most, 10.5″ in diameter
Yarn: 135 yards Worsted
Yarn used: Knit Picks, Chroma Worsted, Midwinter
Yarn Suggestions:
If using another yarn other than Knitpicks Chroma, you may want to use a needle size smaller. Chroma is a soft, single ply yarn which knits almost like a bulky and has the fuzziness to fill in the gaps between stitches. When using a regular worsted yarn, the stitches will be more open and airy. Unless you are wanting a very open look to your knitted fabric, you will want to knit this hat with a smaller needle if using regular worsted yarn.
